  • What can I pay with?
    We accept payment online by Visa or MasterCard. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential.
  • Can I ship overseas?
    Only delivery to Australian residential, business & PO Box addresses are accepted.
  • Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
    Please phone our team prior to completing an online order if you wish to arrange delivery to multiple addresses or need to discuss delivery further.
  • How long does shipping take?
    We use Australia Post, Sendle, Fast Track and other courier providers where necessary for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 7 business days from dispatch. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.
  • My item is faulty, can I return it?"
    In the event that your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method or a replacement offered. Requests for such must be made via email within 7 days of receipt of product.
